●Scratch paper and pencil for each player

First player writes one digit, like a 3, on the right hand side of his piece of paper.  The other player reads the number.  The second player now writes another digit to the left of the first digit.  The first player must read the number correctly.  Play keeps going back and forth until someone misreads a number.  The winning player of that round usese the final number as his score for that round.  Star again and play four more rounds.  Highest score wins.
